2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the petitioner got job of Amin on producing forged certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. He has already been terminated from his service.
5. Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned APP appearing for the state has submitted that the petitioner produced forged documents and on that very basis, he got a job of Amin.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances coupled with the fact that other co-accused persons on similar footing have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10343 of 2023, let the petitioner, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/AKV U T
