2. The petitioners have moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That the present petition is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/direction(s)/order(s) for directions of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1067 of 2020 dt.18-01-2020 2/3 respondents/authorities specially respondent no. 5 to grant rent receipts to petitioners from financial year 2004-05 uptill now regarding 12 1⁄2 decimals lands of petitioner no. 1 and 12 1⁄2 decimals lands of petitioner no. 2 of khata no. 468(old), 678 (new), plot no. 712(old), 309 (new) within Mauza Arki Tola Horilganj, District Jehanabad which the respective petitioners have purchased through registered sale deeds form Sri Ramashish Yadav, the rightful owner and possessor of the lands in question, vide registered sale deeds dated 19.08.1992 bearing deed nos. 8491 and 8492 in favour of petitioner no. 1 and registered sale deed dated 27.04.1992 bearing deed no. 3056 in favour of petitioner no. 2."

At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that for such grievance, the petitioners have an equally efficacious remedy under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') by filing an application before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer.
4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Act in the present matter.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move under the Act before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, who shall consider the matter. If such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed off on its
Patna High Court CWJC No.1067 of 2020 dt.18-01-2020 3/3 merits, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the present order.
