1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 04.08.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46068 of 2023, whereby the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness and lack of knowledge the petitioner could not surrender within in the stipulated time, accordingly, he prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 04.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46068 of 2023, be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 4,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Samastipur. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) ashwani/- U
