The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 87 of 2016 dated 25.06.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 471, 468, 354(B), 354(C), 354(D) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Ashish Ranjan Tyagi @ Vijay Kumar is alleged to have enticed away the informant and also made attempts of blackmailing her. So far as the petitioner is concerned, she is the sister-in-law of the aforesaid Ashish Ranjan Tyagi, who is not specifically alleged to have done anything in the

In the statement given under Section 164 Cr.P.C. by the victim woman / informant, no role has been attributed to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in fact the informant has married the brother-in-law of the petitioner of her own volition. Under duress or pressure from her father, such F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant.

In any view of the matter, it has been argued that the petitioner has got no role to play in the entire affair of Ashish Ranjan Tyagi and the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubJudge-VII, ACJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mahila P.
