3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the newly added respondent no.6(The Administrator, Bihar State Hindu Religious Trust Board, Patna) to decide the issue which has been raised in the present writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, respondent no.6 (The Administrator, Bihar State Hindu Religious Trust Board, Patna) is directed to decide the issue which has been raised in the present writ petition within a period of four weeks after hearing all the concerned in accordance with law and also directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within the aforesaid period.
