Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one country made revolver and one cartridge were seized. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.09.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4360 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Kaithar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019.
