JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he got appointment on compassionate ground by producing forged mark-sheet of B.Sc. Part-III.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.08.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.80191 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2017.
