2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, on 26.08.2022 , all the accused persons including these petitioners pressurized the informant to sale the land in question and when the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2736 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/3 informant denied, all the accused persons assaulted the informant and dishonestly removed paper of the land, passbook and cash of Rs. 10,000/-.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are married daughters of the informant, and they are living in their in-laws house and have no concern with the informant or his domestic problems. No such occurrence has ever taken place as alleged; rather, the fact is that the informant used to sell land without family need, and when it was opposed by the informant's wife and son, in order to pressurize the accused persons, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioners are lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2736 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 529 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
