The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 56/2019, for the offence under section 414, 428, 429 I.P.C., Section 4(b) of Bihar Prevention of Improvement of Animals Act, 1955 and Section 11 (1) (a)(d) (e) (f) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case with ulterior motive and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is labourer and he has no concern with the alleged cattle and vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019.

Case No. 56/2019.
