2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For commanding the respondent authorities for proper investigation of the case registered under Section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with 3(i)(r)(s)/2 (va) of SC/ST Act bearing Andar P.S.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.110 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 Case No.05 of 2024, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge-1st, Siwan-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST), Siwan.

(ii) For arresting the accused persons who are absconding from arrest. (iii) For direction of speedy trial of the case.

3. In view of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. (2008) 2 SCC 409, petitioner is directed to move before the concerned Court below for the redressal of his grievance. If such an application is filed before the Court below, the Magistrate will pass an order in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
