Case No. 282 of 2019, dated 24.10.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 32.400 litres of liquor has been recovered from the boot of the motorcycle of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been arrested on mistaken identity and the aforesaid recovery has only been thrust upon him.
