The petitioner is accused in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that marriage of sister of the informant was performed with the petitioner before twenty years but there is no issue out of wedlock due to that reason, his sister was being tortured through various modes by her husband (petitioner) and other in laws. On 27.07.2019, sister of the informant was killed and her dead body was disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, petitioner is the husband of the deceased, Pratima

No.85196 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Devi, sister of the informant, who died in natural death due to illness and her dead was cremated but with ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that on investigation, the police submitted the final form against other co-accused and charge sheet under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been submitted against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S.
