The petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.11.2019 contained in Memo No. 3667 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Udakishangaj, cancelling the license of the petitioner.

It appears that the same has been challenged on the ground of the same being a non-speaking order. From perusal of the order impugned, it appears

Patna High Court CWJC No.25008 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 that though in a brief manner, but the grounds have been assessed by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

I am inclined to entertain the petition on the aforesaid ground.

Should the petitioner prefer an appeal against the aforesaid order, the same shall be considered in correct perspective by the appellate authority and an order shall be passed within a period of 60 days of the receipt of the memo of appeal. This time-schedule shall be followed if the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
