The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472 and 120(B)of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19971 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
