Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to pursue the remedy before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, whose husband had retired from the post of Assistant Teacher. It is the case of the petitioner that her case is covered by judgment

Patna High Court CWJC No.373 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2025 2/2 of this Court passed in LPA No.43 of 2016 and CWJC No.96 of 2024 (Annexure- 4) and other subsequent judgments and orders passed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to call for the service records of the husband of the petitioner, namely late Durganand Jha, from the office of the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Madhubani and consider the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in LPA No.43 of 2016 and CWJC No.96 of 2024 (Annexure- 4) and other subsequent judgments and orders passed by this Court, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
