JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b), a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2018 in connection with recovery of only one live cartridge.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II,
