2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.148 of 2021, lodged under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21991 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is completely innocent and after about 10 months, he has moved before this Court for grant of bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that progress report of the trial has been called for.

7. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that decision may be taken in the light of the progress report of the trial.

8. Upon perusal of the report, the trial court has indicated that within 3 months, trial shall be concluded in this case. As such, In the present facts and circumstances of this case, the bail application of the petitioner stands refused. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
