2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of stabbing the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 30.05.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner wanted to marry the victim girl and when she refused, he has stabbed her.

5. The kind of pervert should not be granted bail when there is a direct allegation of stabbing against him.

6. This application is dismissed.
