2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

i.) For issuance of an appropriate writ, Order, or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents for conducting proper investigation in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 instituted on 21.03.2023 and to arrest the accused persons forthwith, as he may interfere in the investigation.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.85 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 ii). For issuance of appropriate writs/ orders/ directions to direct the Respondent No. 2 to produce the action taken report in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 instituted on 21.03.2023.

iii). To direct the Respondents to take all necessary steps to locate and apprehend the accused persons, to prevent any tampering with evidence and ensure a fair trial.

3. From perusal of the counter affidavit, it appears that the final form has been submitted.

4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Buxar along with a representation with regard to the alleged perfunctory investigation by the I.O. of the case and if the Superintendent of Police, Buxar finds that the investigation has not been done properly by the I.O. of the case, he will direct for further investigation in accordance with law.
