Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)(a),26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From beneath the pillow, loaded pistol was recovered and it is alleged that the petitioner and his brother who were sleeping on the said bed, brother of the petitioner fled away whereas the petitioner was apprehended. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81129 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Belsand Police Station Case No.143 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
