The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S.Case No.276 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that petitioner was not named in the FIR whereas other persons named in the FIR allegedly caught to the deceased and co-accused Ganit Kumar fired at him. Considering the fact that the petitioner is neither named named in the FIR nor he has got any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
