2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 117(2), 109, 76, 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 31.08.2025 at 07:00 p.m., Mutur Ram, Bikrama Ram, Santu Ram and Akshay Ram were sitting in Maa Kali Temple when accused persons including the petitioners came

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85597 of 2025(2) dt.02-02-2026 2/3 and said that as they believe in Ambedkar hence, should not sit in the temple. On objection, accused persons assaulted them and when informant tried to save them, Durga and Chandan dashed her on the ground and unveiled her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to sitting in the temple, an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that allegation of assault is not specific and from side of the petitioners, Karamchat P.S. Case No.93 of 2025 has been instituted against the informant and her side. It is next submitted that petitioners are not criminals.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
