2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 16, 17, 18 of Bounded Labour System (Abolition) Act (Contract Labour Act, 1970)

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were indulged in human trafficking, and when their house was raided, three girls of tender years were recovered. The girls stated that they were forcefully brought there and were subjected to cruelty, and they were forced to dance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They

It is also submitted that in this case, the victims of the case have given their statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., wherein they have admitted that they were paid for their dance. The victims have not alleged any kind of sexual assault. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 12.11.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 315 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge-VI, POCSO, Gopalganj.
