2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 336(4), 356(2), 356(4), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3 . As per F.I.R., this petitioner is involved in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88303 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/3 business of selling duplicate rice under the White Tiger trademark.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . The name of the petitioner's proprietorship firm is named in the F.i.R. as M/S Hanuman Galla Bhandar. During course of investigation , the entire premises of the petitioner was inspected and no materials has come with regard to 'alleged infringing trademark, copyright and misusing duplication of the product of informant's company . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Save and except, suspicion , there is no other material on record to substantiate the allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application .

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate ,
