JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.R. No. 2719 of 2019 arising out of Katra P.S. Case No.117 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., allegation against one Tapendra Singh of firing on the informant and so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of taken away cartridges from there in order to conceal the evidence.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80589 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned SubJudge-15-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Muzaffarpur, in connection with G.R. No. 2719 of 2019 arising out of Katra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Rahul Mishra/- U T
