2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , 120 liters of country made liquor was recovered from mango orchard.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got 4 criminal antecedents out of which 2 are of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89029 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 similar nature .

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got 4 criminal antecedents out of which 2 are of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
