Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 27/25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84816 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019.
