The present writ application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner to quash the letter no.395 dated 09.11.2023 issued by the Block Education Officer, Jalalpur, Saran at Chapra, whereby the Principal of the petitioner's school has been directed to fix the salary of the petitioner in Group-C and also to submit the service book in the office of Block Education Officer, Jalalpur.

3. A counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is on

Patna High Court CWJC No.714 of 2024(3) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 record. In paragraph-7 of the said counter affidavit, it is stated that the Block Education Officer, Jalalpur has submitted the report vide Letter No.48 dated 14.02.2014, stating that the petitioner has passed D.El.Ed. training in Group-C but her salary has been wrongly fixed. Therefore, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran has directed to correct the pay fixation of the petitioner. Pursuant to the said order, the B.E.O., Jalalpur directed the concerned Headmaster and petitioner to submit documents but the petitioner did not submit the same.

4. To the query of the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is getting her salary regularly.

5. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit her document before the B.E.O., Jalalpur and also appear before him, if he directs, within a period of thirty days from today. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U
