JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S.Case No. 69 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323,341,379,504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of abusing as well as making impediment to the Barat Party and there is also allegation of assault against other accused persons.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that nobody has received injury and considering the same, other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 65077 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1460 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
