Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura P.S. Case No.602 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 380 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.

In the written report, it is alleged that motorcycle of the informant was stolen. From the footage of the CCTV one accused, namely, Kamran was arrested and on the basis of his confessional statement house of this petitioner was searched by the police. Aforesaid stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

From the seizure list, which is part of the First Information Report, it appears that motorcycle has been

In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
