JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 177 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assault to the informant, causing injury. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of assault is attributed against the petitioners and there is case and counter case between the parties and though injury is said to be grievous but not on the vital part of body.

No.24047 of 2018 (3) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 177 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
