2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has given report to Circle Officer on 08.10.2018 to this intent that L.P.C. issued in favour of Anita Devi is correct. The allegation of fabrication of forged L.P.C. and involvement in defalcation of Government money has been found true against the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent, not named in the FIR and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33116 of 2019.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.
