2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons are alleged to have killed the husband of the informant.
4 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Except suspicion , there is no other materials available on the record to show the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case . He is in custody since 02. 01.2022 . 5 Considering the fact that petitioner is not named in the FIR and charge-sheet has already been filed and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
6 Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
