The petitioner is accused in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019, registered under Section 356/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of Fradebyan of informant, Madhuban Prasad, Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 was instituted on 30.03.2019 regarding snatching of mobile set and purse of his wife against unknown but in course of investigation, mobile set of the wife of the informant was recovered from possession of the petitioner, in fact, the said seized mobile was purchased by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80631 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 petitioner from one Golu Kumar @ Saif. It is further submitted that petitioner, who is aged about 19 years, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
