2. This application has been filed seeking extension of time to submit bail bonds in terms of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63739 of 2023.

3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was bed ridden since 15.11.2023 and he was suffering from severe back and spine pain because of which the Doctors advised for strict bed rest.

4. There is no opposition to this application.

5. Having regard to the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this Court extends the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10958 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 submission of bail bonds in terms of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63739 of 2023 by another three weeks from today. If the petitioner submits his bail bonds within three weeks from today, he would be given the benefit of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63739 of 2023.
