The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation made in the first information report wherein it has been alleged that the petitioners assaulted the informant for payment of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26359 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 per month as rangdari, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
