JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). To quash the order dated 30.12.2022 passed in Case No. 43/ 2019 (appointment) issued by the Respondent No. 4 whereby and whereunder the selection of the Petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika at Anganwadi Centre No. 236 (Panchayat Jurawanpur Barari) has been cancelled.

(b). To quash the order as contained in Memo No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.414 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 13 dated 16.01.2023 issued by the Respondent No. 5 whereby and whereunder the selection of the Petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika Anganwadi Centre No. at 236 ((PanchayatJurawanpur Barari) has been cancelled from the date of selection and a consequential direction upon the Respondents to allow the Petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika of Anganwadi Centre No. 236 (Panchayat Jurawanpur Barari) along with all consequential and monetary benefits.

(c). To pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the Petitioner may be found to be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case at hand."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
