This application has been filed for necessary correction in the petition of Cr.W.J.C. No. 1380 of 2017, in respect of the registration number of the vehicle seized in the case and also for consequential modification in the registration number of the vehicle, mentioned in the order dated 07.09.2017, passed in the aforesaid writ application vide Annexure-1 to this petition. Prayer is that at the time of seizure registration number of the truck was JH 05V/9113, however, in the F.I.R. and seizure list, it was wrongly mentioned as JH 05V 6113. Consequently, the aforesaid error cropped up in the writ application as well as in the

Patna High Court MJC No.1057 of 2018 (3) dt.09-05-2018 P2/ order dated 07.09.2017.

Further prayer is that later on the said vehicle has been registered in the State of Bihar and new registration number is BR 24GA/7234.

After hearing the parties, I find substance in the prayer. Let the writ petition be corrected accordingly and in the order dated 07.09.2017, the registration number of the vehicle mentioned as JH 05V/6113 be substituted as JH 05V 9113. Besides the aforesaid new registration number of the State of Bihar bearing BR 24GA 7234 be also read in the said order. The vehicle shall be released only on the satisfaction of the ownership of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the authority concerned.
