Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph nos. 3 and 6 as well as prayer portion of this modification application. This application has been filed for modification of judgment dated 01.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8277 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph no.2 of first page of the judgment dated 01.07.2019

Patna High Court MJC No.5044 of 2019(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 inadvertently "Andhramath P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015" has been typed in place of "Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019". In such view of the matter, the judgment dated 01.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8277 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the words "Andhramath P.S. Case No.88 of 2015" appearing in second paragraph of first page of the judgment, will be read as "Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019". Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
