The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. This is a case of misuse of the privilege of bail. Submission is that charges have already been framed in this case and petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.104 of 2008, with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81855 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
