The contempt application also got dismissed because of noncompliance of the peremptory order. In the nature of grievance raised in the contempt application, we are not persuaded to order for its restoration for no relief in fact was given in the Letters Patent Appeal by the Division Bench which could be a subject matter of contempt. In the circumstances, the restoration application is disposed of.
