Petitioner is an accused in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
