JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P.S.Case No. 183 of 2017 registered under Sections 394 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some persons robbed the informant and snatched Rs. 15,000, wrist watch, motorcycle and one mobile and the looted mobile is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that petitioner had purchased the mobile from a co-villager Sumit Kumar Prasad, son of Kanhaiya Prasad and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and no other materials have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner even he was not put on T.I.P.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4370 of 2018 (3) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Sikandar Ali @ Rizwan @ Rehan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. R.N.Tiwari, J.M., Saran, Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2017 subject to verification of his criminal antecedent, if any, criminal antecedent is found, he shall not be released.
