====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2025 Heard Mr. Kedar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Raj Kishor Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20635 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court. Learned counsel informs that admitting the default, the petitioner seeks to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00/- in the Advocates' Association of Patna High Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16371 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 13.05.2025.

4. The order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20635 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
