On getting suspicious activity seeing the police personnel, one person managed to escape while other was apprehended near a pickup van bearing registration no.BR01GF-7218 which is said to be stolen one. Furthermore, it has also been disclosed that on query petitioner had disclosed name of absconder as Md. Firoj Khan. It has also been disclosed that aforesaid pickup van happens to be stolen property. From the seizure list, it is evident that there happens to be absence of the petitioner thereupon and on account thereof, coupled with the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition, petitioner Prakash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
