2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the Madarsa Board to recommend the name of the petitioner's Madarsa to the State Government for the purpose of considering his case for grant of financial assistance.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2905 of 2020(4) dt.30-09-2024 2/3 petitioner has submitted several representations before the Madarsa Board for redressal of his grievance, but no any positive step in this regard has been taken as yet.

4. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it proper and in the interest of justice to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Secretary Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna (respondent no.5) along with other supporting documents within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent no. 5 is well-advised to consider the representation of the petitioner and after being satisfied that the petitioner's Madarsa has fulfilled all the required criteria to be included in the list of financial aid category, recommend the name of the petitioner's Madarsa to the Special Director, Secondary Education Department, Government of Bihar/concerned Officer for consideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of financial assistance to the Madarsa in question. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of any such representation by the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that the concerned respondent/officer shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
