2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 (1b)/a, 26 (i)(ii) of Arms Act. 3 As per the prosecution case, on secret information a raid was conducted in which this petitioner was apprehended on the spot with three pistols and twenty cartridges and two braces.

4 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case . Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather his signature has been taken on plain paper and used as seizure list. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case . He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.268 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 custody since 17.09.2023 .

5 Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

6 Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM - II, Munger in connection with Mussafil P . S. Case No. 325 of 2023 .
