The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Roh (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, for the offences under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is simple peace living person and he is a labourer. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge,
