Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.371 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant, married 10 years back, was killed by her in-laws. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother of the husband of the deceased and he is separate in mess and residence and the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the brother of the petitioner ten years back; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that the lady was killed by strangulation.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.10521 of 2018(5) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 circumstances and in particular the petitioner is not the husband rather his brother, so petitioner Mithlesh Prasad @ Karu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.
