2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

I). For that through an appropriate writ or writs in the nature of Mandamus to give direction to the trial court i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Civil Court, Hajipur, Vaishali to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.84 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 expedite and conclude the trial of the present case i.e. FIR of Mahua P.S. Case No.

671/2020 (State Vs. Ashwini Kumar Singh & Others) registered u/s 341, 323,379,354(B)/385/34 of I.P.C. in a fixed time from on day to day basis, in the interest of Justice.

ii). For that further directed to the respondent authorities to compensate the petitioner with Rs. 50 Lakhs on account of unreasonable and in ordinate delay in investigation and trial of the present case.

Iii). For that Respondent No. 7 to 9 may kindly be directed to decide the pending representation submitted by the petitioner.

3. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Civil Court, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned Court to expedite and conclude the trial of the case i.e., Mahua P.S. Case No. 671 of 2020 at the earliest.

4. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
